Yup R/S then they start all over again. A CEO who takes over a 600k salary on a ZERO revenue producing company, one that believes dilution doesn't affect share holder value is a company out to rob investors, plain and simple.

The sec will eventually crack down on this loser.
Retirement behind bars for Kay is what I'd like to hear.
