Where would the share price be today if current management had settled with Brio and Hudson Bay over their warrant dispute using the settlement already negotiated by the former regime and available when they took office? I think it was on the order of 3 million shares. Instead, current management decides they aren't going to settle, forcing both Brio and Hudson Bay to take it to court. The court awarded 20 million shares as settlement, which they promptly began dumping in the market.
Who's to blame for that? Former management? Blast those guys for not settling when they had the chance, right?
Certainly not new management. They would never make a blunder like that. According to some, they greatly reduced the number of shares awarded to Brio and Hudson Bay with their efforts.
3 million vs 20 million. Yep, good job.
