why wouldn't the person making the video walk down to the mill? because there is someone there..with a shotgun,.and it was filmed no doubt over the weekend when everyone was at home...lol..those power lines and lighting are fresh..my wife even laughed and said...oh yeah there is someone there, no one would spend that much money on the power lines...lol she works at a power plant and there are areas just like this...im sorry the video shows me for a fact that they are there.
