That was something I was wondering also, how many claims were asked to be re-examined, I would expect all of them as the more the better for Google. 6 out of 36 got rejected, I would expect some to be rejected because that's exactly what this court case is about, if it was clear as day Google would have already rolled over a long time ago. Plus the re-examiner has only heard Google's side of the argument, that's like expecting a win in court when only the opposition gets to talk. Plus, from the DD I have done, it doesn't look like many patents get thrown out, as you found, most get modified. At the end of the day, it looks like there still will be a patent in play. And per the USPTO filing, the Culliss patent challenge isn't in play.
