laranger: you did, however, hit upon my primary concern for IDCC. That is, that E still prefers to play hardball and take this to trial, appeal, re-appeal, etc.

Having said that, I don't think that Howard G would have said that he was entirely satisfied..and fine, aggressive judge and agree to a trial delay, which freezes further licensing, unless he knew something good! JMO, JK
