It wont get to .04,, because some idiots will start dumping at.01 to make $30 instead of holding on. I am under the impression that they have been in the "permit" process since 2010 ? You would think that since Peru qualifies as a "third world" country they would hand those permits out quicker so they could get their share ??? Comments ??
