It is obvious, to me at least, that you and Mari collaborated with the BOYZ and MP to file a bogus DA suit in Texas. Then dragged ass for many months before the CA was filed. The result being that the distribution of severely watered down shares were distributed to the LOCH shareholders. Additionally, the BOYZ received a certain amount of immunity from civil suits that could have been filed by shareholders.
