valuemind/CHAR.....unless the bid for CHAR's majority owner NLG.to/Nelson Resources is materially increased from the $2.57 "takeunder" price by Lukioil....
I wouldn't expect the minority shareholders of CHAR to get anything better than the "6-month average trading price." Which is what they are taking NLG "under" for.
It just seems "illogical" to me to think that CHAR's majority owner will get "stolen" by the Russian mob.....and somehow the minority shareholders of NLG's CHAR will somehow get "fair value" from the Russian mob.
It just seems a little like wishful thinking unless NLG's bid is increased. If that bid IS increased....then I could see a bullish case for CHAR.
Has anyone figured out CHAR's "6 month average trading price". It could be a BUY again enough under that level to make a profit in a potential looming "takeunder".
