No problem some of us are giving him the benefit of the doubt and some of us are not. He also can't box or short or lend shares as an insider which I presume as an attorney he would know? We presume from Clark's position he is adept in Security Law and certainly while Maguire's practice has nothing to do with Security Law should he choose he can avail himself of information and requirements.

Regardless with the number of shares being sold by select MM's prior and after La Jolla's financing it would be surprising if Raymer is not part of the selling. ALL IMO
