It would not be anyone other than the company on FB. If it was not them they would definitely be aware of it by now, no doubt about it. And it would be way too risky to not say something if someone was impersonating them, way too risky to let someone pretend to be them when they have absolutely no control over what that person says or promises. And anyway the FB stuff matches the vague non-committal promises made elsewhere.
