So from your viewpoint, what would being a seed source only possibly mean to an MDCE shareholder? I may not be asking correctly.

For example, assuming it was seed money, for creating jv's non US would that possibly be bad? Trying to picture money flow in my head assuming the seed only thing could be possibility.
