The only things I can think of that stand a reasonable chance of news are the upcoming Ecker Yacht race in October and the Q3 10Q.

They seem to be consistently tight lipped about sharing anything unless it is material. Share price telegraphs the sentiment about the firm which is pretty darn awful at the moment. I state the obvious that it's due to lack of any positive news and pressure from the LJ financing or disappointed shareholders. It's only a matter of time before we hear if the low price is due to a more negative event, but I certainly hope that is not the case.
