Devil, I have the habit of looking at the big picture from a very long term vantage point when I invest in penny stocks. I realize that this is quite the contrary to the typical penny trader, as there are few true investors down here in this territory. ECDC is nowhere near ripe this early in the game, but I have a feeling that day will eventually come. I base my opinions on theoretical potential, business strategy, employees, and patterns of progress in terms of development, deals and connections being made, which eventually translate to revenue and reduction of debt, among other things. Personally, I could care less how great debt is at this time, since revenues haven't matured to neutralize it, so of course it will be high. I do however see increasing revenue streams in the filings, among other things that can be seen between the lines. However, as I'm sure you are being facetious in your question to me, let's make it easy and call it "delusions of grandeur"...:)...so feel free to ignore my opinion. I also never said that everything would definitely be "ok". In my opinion it will, but it's only opinion and I could absolutely be completely wrong. I'll be the first to admit it if ECDC fails. Now, if you're being sincere with your question to me, Elleryqueen (who I view as a very wise investor) has highlighted the positives in the filings, in addition to revenue patterns, in several of his previous posts, and I would suggest you read those for your answers. I agree with him when he says that compared to most other penny stocks with similar share structure that are trading much higher, without having any actual revenue or actual product, ECDC financials look much better compared to most. No financials in penny stocks ever look good at this stage, that's why they're trading here, and that's why there are many other factors at this stage that I personally find much more relevant than the financials, although positives can be found in them if you're looking. All IMO, of course...
