Putting out PR's stating that yo are buying 100M shares back while diluting behind your investors backs is dumb. Putting out PR's that are nothing more then fluff without any substance behind them is dumb. Giving away 50M shares and thinking no one will notice is dumb. If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck then most likely is is a dumb duck.
