Well, she does seem like a nice lady at least in conversation over the phone. She was polite and at least took the time to listen and did not just rush through and cut me off ofter a minute and hang up on me. She said she was talking notes also so maybe she will actually discuss some of the issues with her people and come up with some clarification on some things for us.
