the decision to grow the sales staff in qs 2 and 3 2011 when the demand was invisible - and then to walk into the cash flow brick wall - and then to dilute at the prices they diluted in 2012 - and then to explain it as a Thailand phenomenon in the quarter that Thailand drives came back on stream - and then to perform the same way in q2, pretty much - while claiming in q3,11 that you've added $20m to the 2012 pipeline - and then to generate not a single major sale in 9 months or so of 2012.

i'm afraid all of that has pushed me further towards believing the burden of proof is on Wave to make its sales, rather than upon me to try to prefigure them. i really have lost interest in the supply side. deliver the top line. then we can talk.
