Jet...there is no reason to take sides, Coastie's or the Company view which was stated and confirmed. This can be answered easily.

Let the stock trade 3 days under .01 or whatever it takes to trigger the "automatic" default and see if indeed it happens.

Pretty simple.

But I'll make the observation that other than the elimination of the .01 provision, for what purpose was an "Amended" S-1A filing necessary?
