keep telling youself that the company is not selling shares when in reality the stock is being diluted on a daily basis by debtholders converting, stock issuances to pay salaries and vendors etc

mark this post, i guarantee that when the 10Q is filed you'll see an increase in the OS shares from the prior period

despite the fact that the company has revenues they're not generating any cash and will have to issue additonal debt to keep afloat

this has been their operating plan for a long time now and will continue; therefore this stock is going nowhere but down
