Market Cap has increased !

Before filing 968 million shares @ .0004= $387,200

After filing 1.5 billion shares @ .0004= $600,000

Lets say all 6 billion shares are issued for debt and PPS goes down to .0001
= market cap of $600,000

if PPS stays at .0004 = market cap of $2.4 million

Take into consideration the outstanding debt is being zero'd out.
