I would say Quick easy money... If they put shares out for sale.. then they have to wait for people to buy them. I dont think most companies would do it that way anyway.. they sell large blocks to privite investors.. then those guys sell it off to us little people. ON the big boards.. you have institutional investors willing to buy and hold shares, and periodically sell some. In penny land.. you have loan sharks.. Like Asher.. no institutional investors down here.. LOL..
