Thats why I believe there is a 3rd party possibly a consultant pulling the puppet strings here. This would be the person who came up with the 100M buy back PR in an attempt to try and pump the PPS when it was declining. Also the person who comes up with these other fluffy non substantive PR's that we see here and there. Maybe even the person (or group) that got the elusive 50M shares. You never know.
