I would not bother quering the MMR database right now as the scammers BGL had filed a court motion to have any updates be suspended back in 2009.

This was done after they filed a frivolous lien against CM and GC so that the MMR records would reflect only their lien but not what had transpired subsequent to the motions filed.

For your information, the case went to the Mexican Federal Court wherein BGL lost. Accordingly, there has not been further updates to BGL shareholders about the lawsuit since 11/2011. Further, BGL is now diverting attention to possibly another scam they have going elsewhere.

In the meantime, the Registry is being updated as it is a manual and a lengthy process. We anticipate the information to be available to the public shortly.
