gordon, Just to say record rev's are coming in and re-purchases started without seeing the filings won't fly anymore.

We need full official transparency and disclosure.

What they should do is use some of the money now to become fully reporting as stated below... why wait "at some point in 2013".

"With the anticipated continuous growth that the Company expects to capture in 2013 financial projections forecast Herborium is currently in the process of taking steps of becoming a fully reporting, audited Public Entity at some point in 2013."
