What OTCMarkets deems to place on them as far as their reporting status says absolutely nothing about how they're faring business-wise.

Their filings have always been there, aside from what mick said. Their attorney's opinion letter was finally accepted, is all.

An opinion letter tells you nothing about how well they're faring business-wise, either.

Not that their filings mean anything, since they're non reporting to the SEC, having filed their deregistration statement last year.
