once it's entered into the pc,it's available on the MMR's database. it just takes a long time. sometimes they do a lotof updates at one time,sometimes they just do a few. there isn't one person who sits there all day and does the updates,they get done when they get done.sometimes a whole bunch,sometimes just a few.whenever they get to it it's available to see
