Etrade massively on Bid and Ask so I suspect short covering ongoing prior to any funding/permit news.

Company is NOT selling any shares. I verified this yesterday and today at noon so there was NO question who is involved with these large trades.

A 7.6M buy @ .0008 i not chump change... Go UNDR!!
