Sony Vaio BX Series.....can anybody help

Obviously Sony BX series have Wave ETS. In Austria the new notebooks are available end of oct.
Are the Vaio BX series already available in US?
Has anybody bought a BX notebook?
Is Waves ETS bundled or a optional 3rd party software(DELL)?
