The financials were almost done. The company could have raised the funds to pay to get them audited but receivership prevented that. KP worked tirelessly not only to come into compliance but also to move the company forward with top notch people (Akshay Sharma, Lance LeBauve, Carlo Di-Colloredo-Mels, and Al Chavez). She completed payroll taxes going all the way back to 2006 which satisfied the IRS
DW rejected all that KP tried to do for two reasons: she is married to Desmond Reid and she was being recognized on iHUb for accomplishing many things. DW wanted to be the MAN. For this reason he paid a private investigator to dig up dirt on the BOD members and passed it on to his iHub agents for dissemination. What he did not do was published the dirt he found on the other board member, which showed he had a complete bias.
DW did not want KP to get advice from SEC attorneys because she would have learned the process to return the company to SEC compliancy. For this reason he threatened to sue the law firm, and this is what triggered the vote to remove him. Remember folks, one of the email from Dave to the BOD, was asking if they would go with a plan to take the company "Black".
As for the Settlement Agreement, DW thought there was a secret deal with DD that would have destroyed the company and awarded the patent back to DD a la CBC LLC
With the T-Mobile case, DW wanted Storm to litigate the case on his terms and on his terms only. He questioned everything Storm did in preparation for the case. Most of his calls to Storm ended up in heated arguments.
I don't know what DW stands to gain by having his agents start spreading dis-information once again. Is he trying to get credit for what has transpired over the last few weeks?
In the end, we are better off where we are now.
