No reason? Really... The company has had no money for years and the only reason we still have a chance for RoI here is cause of management who sold their houses and loaned all their savings to the company to keep it alive.

However DW did not want this company to succeed and there is enough evidence to support that. Seems he just wanted to be a creditor in liquidation which is supported by the DW vs calypso case which led to receivership.

Kyle on the other hand has put so much hard work and money to keep the company alive. Kinda sucks that DW kept the financials hostage and called the SEC to get us delisted. We would be compliant and trading a quarter right now.

Funny how you say everyone who destroyed this company should get nothing and then give grace to DW who evidentally is the only one who did not want this company to succeed. He wanted to drop the tmobile case and sue the lawyers for,malpractice. He also refuted the settlement agreement with drago vacating the 100 million judgement. And if DW would of got his way we would have no lawyers on the case and the tmobile motion for dismissal would have been granted and wed be back to zero with tons of debt.
