This may be a dumb question , but could common shareholders file a claim with the receiver requesting that mismanagement of a publicly traded company by a so called trusted management team and BOD be denied any claim to final settlements and sale of our patent? I see no reason why any of these fools that destroyed this company should get a penny!! Do you??

Maybe DW for getting us here, would be the only exception!
