Links directly to Richard DeCicco in NY. To me, this seems like a done deal. Richard ultimately owns United Spirits LLC and Dan-Kay International. Just as he merged Harbrew Imports LTD into Iconic Brands, INC, I get a feeling he is about to do the same thing here with United SPirits LLC and Dan-Kay International. THe merging of all these companies into one entity is what is going to transpire imo. He owns them all. $ICNB, its all coming together.
