Less than 200 prepaid cards distributed in 6 months are worse than a joke!!! This guy has been misleading the hell out of investors. Said that he was using some of the proceeds for the sale of stocks to run advertising, and now we find out that the guy has been BS-ing us all this time. “Would you call the proceeds from the sale of 2 billion shares a limited budget”? LMAO
