And on 9/12/12 he wrote the following to another investor....

There are 500 card holders. The fees are competitive with all other prepaid cards.

So he only moved less than 200 prepaid cards over a 6 month period? No wonder he is selling so many shares, otherwise he would be broke moving at this rate!!!/b]
