quick question, for the companies that got REVOKED for failure to file financials, what do you think is the average number of years that financials were not filed?
2 to 3 years?
Global Tech hasn't filed financials since 2005 according to the Edgar filing.
The SEC has suspended 572 stocks in 2012 for each company's failure to file any Financials to OTC Markets.
GTGP is at high risk of being suspended by the SEC because the SEC has been quite aggressive in 2011 and 2012 in purging the OTC Markets of companies that do not file Financials. Most companies that still do not file ALL delinquent yearly Financials as directed by the SEC in an Admin Proceeding concomitant to the SEC Suspension have their registrations revoked within a few weeks by an SEC Admin Law Judge.
GTGP shareholders and other interested persons should be imploring the company to file at least one yearly, unaudited Financials.
