Global Tech hasn't filed financials since 2005 according to the Edgar filing.

The SEC has suspended 572 stocks in 2012 for each company's failure to file any Financials to OTC Markets.

GTGP is at high risk of being suspended by the SEC because the SEC has been quite aggressive in 2011 and 2012 in purging the OTC Markets of companies that do not file Financials.
