You're assuming the target date was back in Aug and a few extra days meant sometime at the end of Aug or early Sep. What is not known is the supposed date for the efficiency numbers and video demo, so when the company says a "few extra days", it could be a few days from whenever. Remember, the company led us all to believe the information would be made available by the end of Aug, they didn't actually PR it.
