,,,no hold up,,,he bought it with one of his other companies,,,
,,,the dilution would have been to much for CTGLF and the structure of the deal to complicated for CTGLF,,,for now !!!

,,,it is currently being consolidated and tweaked in his holding company which is privately held,,,,,
