Trading was blocked by DTC. Even it can be traded by some mean, Clearing cannot be made. It is good to see DTC’s action to clear some root problem — I confirmed with trying to buy some shares; it was rejected by Charles Schwab. But what is the consequence/ influence and till when? It should be a good process. Who will take care of it is the fate of RMDM… Anymore information related to DTCC is helpful for understanding the ongoing progress.
