I'm gonna call a few big board TAs tomorrow. Lol. I spoke with an AMEX (MKT) CFO and he said the A/S is confidential unless filed, however, on AMEX you would have to file anyway. OTC is a different world. He knows his stuff, but he's never ran OTC. He was surprised that the OTC TAs hand out the SS.
