Apple and royalties. Apple is more worried and makes more money from there gadgets. For them to compete with Sirius would take them to much time and to much money. I also feel that, that is one fight that apple would loose. Apple might have allot of money but there not invinsible. I also don't worry about the royalties, even if they go up Sirius can handle it.
