Spoke with West Coast Transfer a minute ago. The official FRCN O/S is 169,000,000 and A/S is 400,000,000. Market Cap of 339,000. They've printed about 20 million shares in the last six days... At least the TA isn't "gagged"...

Comparison: These are the numbers for a ticker that has little to no accusations of "dumping". I won't say the ticker, but it's at .016 last.

Wonder what's going on.... Wonder what they're doing with the "extra" approx $175,000. Which really isn't that much money. I think a true "pump and dump" would've dumped much more.
