You can try to spin this any way you want to make yourself feel better. The truth is that the MM can make a quick $10,000 grand in one day doing this. Now compound this with how many other companies they are doing similiar dealings with and it is not hard to understand that they will easily turn them around for .0001. This is the type of manipulation that is going on. Kay is manipulating the shareholders and so are the MM. The only ones who loose are....well guess who?
