No company or management with the right mind dilute the stock in sub-penny range knowing that they have excellent prospects and future with all the contracts etc..

Think about this. Does it make sense to borrow or loan $100K or dilute the stock by 100 million in few weeks to run business.

Something fishy here for sure. No news from company adds to the suspense... jmho
