I like your argument, so simple child could understand it: Tmob is using a technology to rake in billions but they have no patent for this technology. WHY then have they not patented this technology?? Because someone out there already has the patent for this technology and all evidence points to Tmob stealing it from Calypso. If this goes to trial I see this in the billions not millions. Just give us a billion now and be done with it. Pay us now or a lot more later.
