I think it will continue to move up tommorrow as many do not know of the news yet and there will be some momentum players and the promotion companies should grab the news and you'll get some daytraders...

No crystal ball here - high teens? If the company can followup with more news...

If the Army likes what they see there is the chance for add on business...
