Just read the latest Bill Holland article lets take a closer look.

He got in trouble the last time with the convicted Felon statement. The new twist is six year probated sentence for felony fraud. Of course he does not mention if I had been found guilty, I was not, it would have been a third degree state felony. This used to be a misdemeanor.

One more time! I was not found guilty, the sentence non-adjudicated, no finding of guilt or innocence. The probation was part of the trade off and I should have argued against it. He
states that I was guilty of issuing fake sales orders. This was not proven, and never addressed at anytime in court.

The orders were placed; product was paid for and shipped. It was the total TV media portion of the contract that was not delivered. I had sold the business and the new owner did not deliver the contract. I refunded the entire amount of the contract!

The Judge in this case stated in open court “Why is this civil matter in my criminal court”. This was not a business that I was operating out of the back of my car. I had been producing and selling products on television in the same fashion for over 20 years, with zero complaints!

He has twisted it to look like I’m a professional crook. Now that I’m not an officer of the company I intend to defend my name and family. You will soon begin to see the arm of justice swing the other way.

I don’t intend to evaluate the filing line by line. It is management’s responsibility to address these things. If you compare our progress and development and numbers over the last two years to other OTC-BB start up companies, I think the answer is simple.

We have zero long-term debt, several millions in SALES to deliver, and the people that are running the company are putting their cash on the line. All officer loans have been repaid and as it turns out the Warm Mineral Springs was a gift from me.

I will take responsibility for what happened on my watch, I see it as a huge overall success. The major growth in the stock was prior to any major press releases. It moved down slower then other companies. We were hit with Anthony’s short and down it went!

I own a major portion of the stock; I’m in for the long run. I put my money where my mouth is and I’ve been buying in the market.

P.S. Many of you feel the need to call me names and attack. Let it all out, you are entitled to your opinion. Hatred only hurts those that do the hating. Those of you that know me know that it rolls off my back and gives me the drive to make it happen. If you are with us or move on it is up to you. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the stockholders meeting in June
