A few things concern me. First the distance parameter seems unresolved from today (IE the judge didn't show his hand). That's a big one. Second is the pager reference - it suggests period thinking and i wonder how that now limits us. Third is requesting that the word "wireless" is a necessary antecedent in some of the phrasing. Now I am no expert here - but as I understand it - the whole point of the towers (big or small) is to shove the data into the ground cable; however using "wireless" repeatedly seems to try to position the technology more as a bouncing walkie-talkie... Clarifications welcome...
