I think investing in a penny stock is one of those times when the past is very important... The company's history of delivering what they promised in a timely fashion, of communicating clearly and of not being accused of fraud is pretty important.

That said I too believe there is a lot of potential here. Why I am still here after 2 years. But it's far from a sure thing, based on the past...
