"Pink sheet" stocks are not required to report anything to the SEC or to shareholders in any shape, manner or form. OTCQB stocks are required to file SEC disclosures. I remember fox you strongly praised the Landau/Geilser failure team for transforming PCFG to a reporting OTCQB company from a non reporting "pink sheet" company.
