Well according to Fidelity rmarc PCFG is trading on the Primary Exchange of Pink Sheets.

So can a Pink Sheet stock be on OTCC?

From the looks of things they can and PCFG in the last couple of years has just gotten all their reporting up to date. So while PCFG is on the OTCC board they are still showing catagorized as Primary Exchange of Pink Sheets so I guess PCFG by your statement is trying to become fully legit with the SEC but are still catagorized as a Pink Sheet. Funny how that works out for PCFG right now as based on your post PCFG does not have to report to the SEC based on PCFG still being catagorized under Primary Exchange as a Pink Sheet but having their symbol on the OTCC board.
